Alma House is a beach retreat, a stones throw from Perranporth's famous golden sands. Set just off of the Beach Road with your own parking space, Alma House is tucked away but centrally located to shops, eateries and of course the beach. Perranporth boasts a 3 mile long sandy beach and is perfectly located to visit places such as Truro, Padstow, Newquay and St Ives. Family friendly, dog friendly and perfect for couples too, Alma House has thought of everything. The space Alma House hopes to go the extra mile and provides many home from home extras and personal touches. Recently updated and a brand new bathroom and heating system installed, you won't be disappointed. The kitchen is fully equipped - oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sleeping arrangements are over 2 floors. A king size bed, bunk beds on the first floor and a double bed on the 2nd floor. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and an ensuite shower room on the 2nd floor. We supply all bed linens, towels and a hairdryer. Outside there is a small courtyard area to the rear (with washing line) and to the front of the house is the main garden which includes a patio area and garden furniture. There is a dedicated space for 1 car outside. During the winter months, we can offer shorter breaks. Please get in touch for relevant discounts. Guest access You have access to all rooms and access to 1 marked parking bay (please respect other residents bays). Other things to note Please note there are a couple of steps up into the house and the front garden is on a slope. Care should be taken. The loft apartment is a conversion and as such has a steep staircase; this may not be suitable for young children and people with mobility problems. Extra caution should be taken on the stairs. Due to it being a loft, there is a sloping roof. The bath in the family bathroom is slightly shorter then the standard length. The top bunk of the bunk beds is recommended for children 6+ (not suitable for adults)
