Top View House is a house with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies and air conditioning. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of nature with lush views. Close to Levada Nova and walking trails (Rabaçal, 25 fountains, Lagoas da Dona Beja and Vento), also 10 minutes (by car) from a yellow sand beach, Madeira Contemporary Art Museum – Mudas, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, emergency services, pharmacy. The space The house is located southwest of Madeira in a place designed by nature waiting to be discovered by you. From here everything is possible, as the house is located near starting points for hikes in the levadas or trips around the island. The kitchen is modern, well-equipped and functional. We can provide a high chair and baby cutlery. In the living room you can enjoy a couch and blankets, where you will find the necessary comfort to rest, read a book, watch TV (200 channels and Netflix) or surf the internet (free wifi). The bathroom has a shower base, and there is also a second bathroom on the ground floor. We provide beach towels. The master bedroom is spacious with a large window in the ceiling, from which you can enjoy the stars, and the second cozy bedroom has a single bed. From one of the balconies you can see the sea and enjoy the sunset, and from the other you can see cultivated land and pasture. Interaction with guests: We live on the lower floor of the house with an independent entrance, and we will always be contactable and available if you wish.
