The apartment is located in a recently renovated building from 1898, which has 16 more apartments. A common washing lounge for laundry for the whole building is available (token system, 2,50 euro/load). Near by: AKH (Viennas general hospital), BOKU (University of natural resources and life sciences, Metropol Theater and artis stage Kulisse, Volksoper (Opera), Jörgerbad (public swimming pool)... The space The apartment on the 2nd floor provides one bedroom with 2 beds, a small kitchen, separate bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, if you need a hair dryer pls. let us know. Guest access To enter the building we will send you a code for the main door. Next to the apartment door you find a key safe where keys will be left for your stay. The code to open the safe will be sent by txt message or Email just before arrival. Other things to note If you arrive by car in the 17th district, you can park in front of building from Friday 7 pm to Monday 8 am free of charge. If you want to leave you car on week days from 8 am to 7 pm you will have to pay a short parking fee of Euro 2 per hour.
