The space The house in the woods is located in the pretty village of Convalle, a typical Tuscan village made up of characteristic stone houses, and enjoys a panoramic view towards the valley below and the mountains that surround it. The House in the Woods is located at the end of the small pedestrian street that crosses the village, leads directly to the entrance of the house and continues towards the chestnut woods that surround the house; it is spread over two floors, ground floor with living room, kitchen, bathroom and boiler and laundry area; second floor the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms with bathroom and an anteroom space; air-conditioned rooms. The house is accessed via a small equipped terrace, from here the entrance door that opens into the cozy living room with warm tones, with chestnut beams and terracotta floor, a sofa, conversation area with 40-inch flat-screen TV with foreign channels, a nice table where you can eat, bar cabinet and the pretty bathroom with bright colors and shower. The kitchen is very characteristic and functional: large table and chairs, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, wood-burning oven for preparing pizzas and homemade bread; guests will greatly appreciate the fact that they feel projected into the culinary dimension of classic Tuscany. From the ground floor you go up to the first floor (15 steps) where there is a relaxation area with sofa area and the fun foosball table. The sleeping area consists of two beautiful double bedrooms both overlooking the village; in the first, in addition to the double bed, there is a bunk bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and the bathroom with lilac shades and beautiful artistic finishes. You will notice the wonderful door with Tiffany glass created by the owner Davide. In the second bedroom, double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest and a truly original bathroom, characterized by a beautiful tub in which you will love bathing. The house is well stocked with accessories: clothes hanger, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kitchen utensils for every occasion, toaster. Baby bed and high chair on request when booking. Leaving the property you access the outdoor terrace (about 18 square meters) closed by a gate and equipped with a table, chairs, nice barrel with seats for aperitifs or outdoor snacks. Outdoor space in front of the house with table, chairs and sun loungers. Outdoor barbecue. At the back of the house above a plain a small and pretty round swimming pool with wooden patio. Parking is available in the village about 150 m away or other parking about 250 m away. Short walk through the pleasant village alleys of about 200 m. to access the house. You can't get to the house directly by car. Guest access There are two parking lots in the village, one 150 meters and the other 250 meters from the house. Each is a short walk through the pleasant alleys. From time to time the owner will need to water the garden, clean the pool and check the water level while respecting the privacy of guests.
