Our apartment was built in 2015 and is fully equipped with modern furniture. You can enjoy the patio with BBQ area and a swimming pool. The apartment is approximately 30 m from the sea coast. Right under the apartment is one option to get to the sea; about 150 m away is another beach (more children-friendly). Anyway, in both cases you can enjoy crystal clear water. There are two places in a walking distance to eat out; one pizzeria on the coastline with beautiful sea-view and one restaurant. The space For thorough parents: You can see the patio from the terrace of our apartment, so you can control your children swimming in the pool while sitting on the terrace. Another advantage is that the wifi-connection is functioning also by the pool. Guest access FAQ 1. Could you tell me how many apartments share the pool? Does the apartment have a private outdoor seating area? -> There are altogether 4 apartments in the Villa, so the swimming pool is shared with 3 other apartments. Regarding the seating area, as a part of our apartment is a private terrace with a sea view, you can have a look in the photo gallery. 2. Are you able to provide two single beds in the second bedroom instead of one double bed? -> Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide you with two single beds. 3. Can you let me know what floor it is? -> Our apartment is situated on the ground floor, there are some stairs to the apartment though. 4. I wanted to know what is the third bed? Is it the couch or is there a room that isn't shown on the pictures? -> There is a couch in the living room, which is an open space with the kitchen. 5. Bed linen are available I guess, what about towels for the pool/beach? -> Bed lines, normal towels, as well as towels for the pool will be prepared for you. You can also ask any time our cleaning lady to change them for clean ones. 6. We are arriving at Split airport, how far is it the apartment? -> It takes approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the Split Airport to the Villa. 7. Do you have a parking place nearby? -> Yes, we have a parking place next to the Villa. 8. Is your apartment situated close to a grocery shop? -> There is a small shop for doing groceries with sufficient range of goods (cheese, wine, bread, fruit, vegetable), just 250m from our apartment. There are also two options for eating out (one restaurant 15minutes and one pizzeria 5 minutes from our apartment). In 20 minutes walking distance, there is a more touristic area with a larger shop, a bakery and a bank, and plenty of restaurants. 9. Would it be possible to put a single fold-up bed in one of the bedrooms? -> Unfortunately, there is not enough space for a single fold-up bed in any of the bedrooms Other things to note Trogir is a beautiful picturesque historical town under the UNESCO Heritage. The distance between Ciovo and Trogir is about 3,3 km, so it is a perfect option for a trip. There is a charming promenade with plenty of small shops, bars, and restaurants.
