Comfort and convenience are a focus of this home, so you'll enjoy central heat and A/C, WiFi/Internet (fiber optic 500 Mbps/500 Mbps), as well as in-unit laundry, making it perfect for an extended stay. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a sofa bed (full size) in the living room that pulls out. We are proud to have added a Tesla Universal Wall Connector Electric Vehicle (EV) charger this year along with a brand new driveway to enable charging of both Tesla and non-Tesla electric vehicles with ease. This level 2 charger is available for use free of charge to guests of Springfield Retreat and is conveniently located next to the driveway for easy access to your vehicle. This features both the Tesla North American Charging Standard (NACS) connector as well as the SAE J1772 charging adapter. Note that only one adapter can be used at a time. Our charger can charge at rate of up to 48 amps for a dramatically quicker charge than other local chargers. Note that there are few EV chargers in Springfield. The only local Tesla super charger is otherwise a 28 minute round trip plus charge time. Spend more of your trip enjoying by booking our apartment and charging your EV here. Note that our AirBNB is fully licensed in accordance with short term rental regulations with the City of Springfield and authorized by the building owner. We don't believe in chore lists here. So if you'd like to help us out and start the dishwasher upon check out, that's great but nothing is required. Note that we require that the following be uploaded to your AirBNB account prior to booking: (1) government ID, (2) phone number, and (3) a profile photo which includes your face clearly displayed. In addition we require positive reviews (one or more) from other AirBNB host(s) and an answer to the pre-booking message. We also recently installed fiber optic internet with up to 500 Mbps Up and 500 Mbps Down with latency typically in the 10-20 second range or better.
