It is a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit with cable and unlimited internet. It can accomodate up to 3 persons with a queen sized bed with memory foam, big couch and shower heater. It is near BGC one of the business central in Metro. It is also near NAIA and malls(SM Aura, Market Market, Vista Mall) . Monthly rent is 22k inclusive of association dues.For short term minimum of 3days stay. Valid ids are required.Unit viewing is 2 days prior to the scheduled date of rent. The space It is like a sanctuary in the middle of the city. When you are inside the Residences everything is just so calming and soothing. Inside the unit you will feel at home and relaxed with its queen sized bed with memory foam. You have also a place for your work as it has a work table at the living room and lots of cabinets and shelves for your belongings and work related documents. You can also do browsing and watching youtube and videos at a 40" smart tv with unlimited internet connection. And watch your favorite series on cable channels. It can be rented out short term or long term. Guest access Guests can access the gym, swimming pools, basketball court and childrens play area for free if you will rent for a long term but if it is a short term rent there will be additional fee for using the swimming pool. During your stay Guest concerns are welcome and relayed tru text messages or a call on my mobile number Other things to note Guests should take care of the unit as their own home. It is newly turned over unit and the tenant will be the first one to use it. Any unusual damages happened during the rent period will be shouldered by the tenant. A 1 month advance and 2 months safety deposit is required for a 6 months to 1 year stay and safety deposit will be given back if no damages happened during the tenant's stay and after all the bills have been paid.
