Location, Fernhill (2.4 km to town centre) short walk to bus stop, fish n chip shop, local convenience store, 2 excellent restaurants nearby. A 1 bedroom modern self contained apartment. Outdoor area for summer evenings,including a trampoline! Cosy gas fire for cooler evenings. Suitable for up to 3 Adults or 2 Adults 2 young Children (cot & toys provided on rqst). Apartment is located underneath our family home. The space Bus stop 1 minute away bus ride 5 -10 minutes to town. The apartment is set well off the road with off street parking. Great outdoor area. We currently have a trampoline for all to enjoy but still plenty of garden area. Convenience store/restaurants/ fish n chips a short walk. A very functional and comfortable place! For Additional guests a fold down sofa bed is in the lounge room making a double bed. Suitable for 1 Adult or 2 young children. Guest access Car parking available, private access, garden and patio area for guest use. Other things to note We welcome all of our guests and want to create a great comfortable place to stay.
