Refurbished in 2018, this apartment obtained the 2-star "Furnished tourist accommodation" and 4 "Cristaux Paradis" rating in June 2025. Simple and warm, it faces south with views of the slopes. Fully equipped and newly renovated, it has a balcony to enjoy the sun in summer and winter. From the Residence you can reach 4 ski lifts, and, included in the offer, you will enjoy an underground parking space and a secure ski locker. The space Perfectly suited for hosting a family with children, this 29 m2 apartment includes a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a balcony and five beds including a double sofa bed (140 x 190) and a bedroom with two bunk beds plus a drawer bed (90 x 200) for a third bed. A cot is also available and will fit in the bedroom if the drawer bed is not in use. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine and everything you need for an enjoyable stay… A 5-minute walk to the shops, it is quietly located in the upper part of the resort and you can leave and return on skis to enjoy the Paradiski ski area (La Plagne + Les Arcs via the Vanoise Express cable car). This is very large and offers several hundred km of slopes between altitudes 1250 and 3250 m. Note: duvets (three single and one double) as well as pillows are provided and washed regularly. However, duvet covers, towels and tea towels are not provided. You can rent them from the nearby shopping mall dry cleaner (So'Laverie). Please note, it closes at 7:00 p.m. Also remember to bring a bath mat for the shower! This apartment is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Finally, the rental of the apartment does not include a cleaning service but, on request, we can take care of it. To avoid additional charges, you will need to leave the apartment as clean on your departure as it was on your arrival and remember to: - Tidy the apartment (duvets folded on the beds...), - Empty the refrigerator and discard any perishable or damaged products, - Empty the garbage cans in the sorting containers accessible upstairs, - Empty the dishwasher and clean the filter. - And, before leaving the apartment, remember to turn off the circuit breaker. Other things to note For ski lessons, it's best to book ahead to make sure you have a spot during school holidays. Linens and towels are not provided. If you wish to rent bed linens and towels on site, you can contact the So'Laverie de Bellecôte dry cleaners (in the shopping mall) 5 minutes from the apartment. Please strictly respect the non-smoking code in the apartment. Ventilation is complicated in a small apartment with -10°C outside. If the rule is not respected, part of the security deposit will be taken to cover the cleaning costs (pillows, duvets, deodorization of curtains, sofa...). Warning: do not bring equipment (ski or ski boots) into the apartment so as not to damage the furniture and carpet...
