Guest suite in Smithtown

Clean, cozy studio with Private bath and Shower. Includes full size bed, large screen tv. Refrigerator, Microwave, Kuerig Coffee machine, Iron/board, Hairdryer (there is no kitchen in this space.) and Wifi. This is a one room suite with a shared hall leading to private bath located in my home. The space Room is spacious and clean with a private entrance and private bath. The room is about 250 Sq feet. Entrance is through the front door of house. Plenty of free parking is available on street. The private bath is accessed through a small shared hall. Guest access The studio space is one room with large sectional Sofa, large screen TV, Mini Fridge Mircowave, Kurieg Coffee Machine (No kitchen). The bathroom is private accessed through a small shared hallway. Small Dresser and Double Bed. Other things to note There is a small shared hallway between the room and private bath.
