This 80sqm apartment in the true center of Annecy has 2 bedroom, but only 1 is available, and it's full of light in a secured building, quiet. From a more than 10sqm balcony you will see the Alps, Churches & the Castle. You will have walking access to the heart of the historical city & pedestrian streets, but also to the lake, & shops, restaurants & bars. Perfect location to enjoy the Venizia of the Alps, walk or ride around the lake. The space Decoration inside is a mix of designs pieces of furnitures with deco from my trips in Africa and Middle East. From the bedroom, bedding is high quality, the main room has a bathtub. The living room has an open kitchen providing lots of space, and great for cooking from all the amenities (microwave, oven, pots, nespresso machine, etc.). The living room has a leather white sofa, and it's equiped with large 55 inch curve screan and Sono sound system. You will access internet high speed, and be able to watch from the TV even international channels or Netflix / Amazon Prime / OCS / Disney+, Paramount+, as well as using the game consoles. Now on the balcony you will have access to the BBQ. The bathroom is modern with a double sink, Italien shower and an hided washing machine. Restroom is an individual room. Guest access At 2 min walking distance from the train station, the building can be accessible directly by car, but due to townall decisions number of street parking is reducing. Compared to building in the historical old part of the city this apartement is very easy to access and you won't be stuck by street markets, or any street events / meaning also it's quiet. Safe public parking (underground not free after 30min) are 1 minutes away from it too. Other things to note Because it's my lovely apartement I am very careful with it.
