The space Our hope is to provide a comfortable, spacious, Private (no shared walls) and affordable area with all amenities: kitchen with full stove, private shower and bathroom, and Private living room. Rest well on a Cal King bed, twin bed and a futon bed that sleeps a person under 150lbs. Limited pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, and microwave are available. Please note there are neighboring doggies that notify when visitors approach but will re-settle once inside. As a courtesy, please be sure to leave dishes washed and stove/oven guest-ready if used. Guest access Please know that some areas are shared. The entrance to the apt is via the garage side door. Main house tenants may need to access garage for electric box. Driveway parking is shared and will be available at a designated spot. Plenty of off-street parking. You may park in driveway for key access and initial unloading, but after, please use designated driveway spot or street parking. Pool and pool yard area are shared areas with main house tenants, but you will have priority use during stay. Other things to note We are pet-friendly with a fee for pet dander cleaning. Parking is a designated spot on the end of driveway or street parking . Please give main house tenants priority use of the driveway. Smoking: Please do not smoke or vape indoors.
