It is a beachfront property with beach chairs and sea-view lounging areas. *Free parking for one car, please inform in advance. The building has a pathway leading to the beach surrounded by refreshing natural trees. The project's swimming pool and the sea are just 120 meters away (water activities are also available near the condominium). 📍If you bring any outside guests into the condo, please inform us beforehand each time. This is a condo rule for security reasons, and unregistered guests are not allowed to use the swimming pool. During your stay If there is anything you need, or anyway I can make your stay more comfortable, please let me know. you can contact me directly via message or reach out to the staff (the staff here are very friendly and accommodating). Other things to note 🌡️ The room rate does not include water and electricity charges. We will send you pictures of the water and electricity meters on your check-in day, and we will provide the bill for payment through the Airbnb system upon check-out / at the end of each month during your stay.
