Modern feel-good room 2 with bathroom

Living comfort as in an apartment, as the room was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After loving renovation, you enter it via a staircase on the 1st floor. It has a spacious shower room. The room has a double bed (160x200), 50 inch FullHD TV (incl. Prime) and 3D Blu ray player, as well as a small fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes, incl. Coffee and various teas. Parking is right in front of our Haus. The space The room is like a small separate apartment, which it once was in the 1960s! From the staircase, it can be reached through its own entrance door. The living room/bedroom (13 sqm) has a double bed 160x200cm, a small table with two chairs and much more. We are happy to offer a mattress or crib for accompanying children. The large bathroom (4 sqm) is directly connected to the room by a door. Wi-Fi is available, as is a 55 inch FullHD SmartTV (incl. Amazon Prime) and small fridge. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster (as well as coffee+tea) are provided. So you can have your breakfast and dinner here or have breakfast at the nearby bakery. Guest access Guests can reach their room directly on the 1st floor via our shared front door and the staircase. It's like a separate apartment. The room is lockable. Other things to note Above the bed is a sloping roof (see photo) Upon request, our washing machine and the tumble dryer can be used for an additional fee. The house is close to the center, on the side there is a more busy road, but in the room it is very quiet and you are very quickly in nature and in a 15-20 minute walk to the lake (1.7 km). A bike with basket is available for our guests for smaller tours/shopping.
