1950s Boutique Bungalow w/ Patio-Walkable West AVL

Come Vacation/work in an American Golden Age Vintage bungalow in one of the hippest neighborhoods in historic Asheville (Three Blocks/Five minute walking distance to Haywood Road. Breweries, live music venues, restaurants, arcade, coffee shops. Ten minutes to Pisgah Natl Forest and blue ridge parkway. 1.1 mile to Hominy Creek River Park where there’s a “Put-In” for watercraft and also the beginning of the French Broad Greenway. No Kids allowed no exceptions The space Front covered patio with chairs and table out front. Three Blocks from trendy Haywood road in the most diverse eclectic neighborhood of West AVL. Five minute walk to breweries, ISIS music hall, restaurants and bars; One mile from river access to the French broad river for tubing and kayaking (tubing/kayak company with live music and bar). One and a half blocks from West Asheville park. 15 minute bike ride and a 5 minute drive to downtown. 5 minute drive to Golds Gym, the River Arts district and New Belgium Brewing! 15 minute drive to Pisgah Forest where Bent Creek and Lake Powhatan (swimming in a mountain Lake) are located. Bent Creek has great hiking/mountain bike trails. The arboretum is located beside bent creek and there is nearby access to the blue ridge parkway. Two Bedrooms with double beds, Retro living room, full bath and a kitchenette that includes microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, ceramic plates, glassware, and silverware (there is no toaster). I offer concierge service daily for dirty dishes, glasses, cloth napkins etc in the stand which is located by the exterior insulated door that connects units. When you have dirty dishes you will text me via the app and let me know a good time to come in and clean the dishes and replace them. Again, text me when you’re leaving and a time frame and I’ll replace with clean kitchenware as I live in the back cabin as required by City housing laws. (also your on own A/C/Heating System with highest filtration in place). Guest access Private entrance that has a keyless entry with a door code, so you can check-in without host's help unless you specify you’d like to meet( I understand privacy and solitude). I live in the back cabin and enter the house for use of my lavatory. You'll have very little interaction if any with me, so you can enjoy a super private stay. I have 2 dogs but you will have no interaction with them. All walks of life welcome. Parking: I Live on a hill and therefore have rip rap in front of my house for drainage and it is loose so you should let your passengers out in front of my driveway and park in front of my house only ..not my neighbors - Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is 11 am unless otherwise discussed. - No smoking indoors. Smoking outside is permitted. Please use the silver trash can by front steps. - No parties or large groups of people. A quiet gathering of a few people is encouraged. No unregistered overnight guests. - Quiet time is between the hours of 11pm - 7am. No Loud music, TV or outdoor noise after midnight. -No feminine products or heavy amounts of toilet paper in the toilet. It will clog. - For safety and security, please lock and deadbolt all doors when you leave the house and at night. - If something gets stained outside the realm of normal use (such as spilling red wine), especially on the furniture and/or rugs, please notify me immediately for cleaning instructions. Do not let stains sit until you leave. - Please report any broken items immediately. This includes anything broken when you arrive or broken during your stay. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or personal property damages that may occur during your stay. - Remember that this is my home. Please be respectful of the space and courteous of my neighbors. Free Parking Other things to note Street Parking is provided just don't park on rocks in front of house as they aren't cemented into place however you can park in front of my house with all tires on the road as it is legal and also in front of the yellow house next door to the right of the house if you are looking at it (neighbor's are cool and don't park there). Do not park in front of green house (to the left of house when looking my house) If you have issues with stairs please note there are two sets of stairs leading up to front door and driveway is sloped just a little.
