Appartment on first floor down town Arcachon with Beach, train station and shops by foot. Rental are from Saturday to Saturday during july, august Cleaning at the end of the stay charged : 90 euros to pay at arrival. The space The Rondot Est is an apartment (about 70m2) on first floor with a large south balcony for 4 or 6 people. It include 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160) and one with 2 single beds (80), one italian shower room, a large kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with convertible sofa. Guest access The accommodation is located on the 1st floor in a small building that includes 3 apartments. 2 identical on the 1st floor and a large one on the ground floor. There is the possibility to park bicycles. We only have one parking space in a neighboring building, for the 3 apartments, which we rent to the 1st who request it.
