Il Sasso e la Silta b&b is located in the Malve, at the foot of the cliff of Monterrone, in the heart of Sasso Caveoso. The Water Room is located on the second level of this ancient renovated house, with an independent entrance and terrace overlooking the entire scenery of the Sassi Districts. Both rooms offer a unique environment, with wooden ceilings and exposed beams painted in white lime. The Air Room is adorned with beautiful color designs depicting myths and legends related to the air element, created by Alessandra Cimatoribus, a young artist and fairy tale illustrator. These designs give the room its name and an enchanting atmosphere. At night, the windows of the room frame a dreamlike landscape that sweeps across the entire Sasso Caveoso. From the pretty terrace of the room you have a magnificent view of the plateau above the former monastic complex. During the summer months, guests can contemplate this stone landscape while enjoying their breakfast in their room, enjoying a unique and relaxing experience. This unique experience offers a stay enriched with activities that stimulate creativity and well-being, making every visit memorable. Other things to note Upon arrival, each guest will find their accommodation cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized according to current legal regulations, following Airbnb's advanced cleaning protocol. High-contact surfaces, including door handles, are sanitized with approved cleaning and disinfecting products, and staff wear protective equipment to prevent cross-contamination. Guests have a cleaning kit for personal use during their stay. Cleaning and disinfection is scheduled after 2 days of stay for stays longer than 3 days, while linen will be changed on the 3rd day for stays longer than 4 days. Guests can request not to have cleaning staff during their stay or opt for daily cleaning for a supplement of €6.00 per day. Each room comes with a set of surgical masks, disposable gloves, and hand sanitizing gel. Check-in is from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with the possibility of self-check-in if requested at the time of booking.
