It is 150 km from Athens( by car + ferry boat) or 210 km (by car, crossing the Chalkis bridge .It is situated on the slope of a small hill, it is surrounded by pine trees and has a wonderful view. It is 80 meters away from the sea. There are no discos, restaurants or coffee shops around, the beach is sandy and very quiet. It is 13 km away from Edipsos, a famous spa city known from antiquity. The village Gialtra, where you can find some basic shops plus a pharmacy, is on the top of the hill, within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes uphill). The house itself is 70 sq.m., it is furnished with taste but has no particular amenities. It is the ideal place for people who want to live for sometime in simplicity and enjoy nature, hiking (the place is surrounded by forests), swimming (the sea is very safe, as it is a small gulf) or surfing.
