New furniture in living room, sleeping room, bath room and balcony since Nov. 2025. Cozy 2-room apartment in a perfect south facing position in the middle of St. Moritz Bad and still without noise disturbances. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for skiing, as the cable car "Signal" is only a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop is also right around the corner. Shopping for food and fashion as well as souvenirs are also nearby. The space The apartment is located 400 meters away from Lake St. Moritz and due to its central location it offers a great starting point for exploring the Engadine. The apartment has a welcoming living room with a cozy dining area and a hatch to the separate kitchen. A fold-out wall bed provides an extra place to sleep. From the living room, you enter the south-winged balcony overlooking the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, a cooker, an oven, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. A toaster and kettle are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and a bidet. The towels are provided by me. For your stay there is a free outdoor car park, a ski storage room, a communal laundry room with dryers, a drying room and a high chair for children. Guest access There’s plenty of space for your gear in a lockable bike and ski storage room. There’s also a laundry room in the building with washing machines, dryers, and plenty of space to hang your laundry. To use the machines, you’ll need the washMaster app on your smartphone. You’ll find more information about this on site.
