The apartment is located on the property of Agriturismo Nerbona, which has a total of 13 apartments, all independent of different types + 2 rooms. An ideal place both to merge with the peace of the surrounding nature and to visit the various medieval villages just a few kilometers away. The space The apartment "MANSARDA" ("attic" in English) is located on the first floor and consists of: fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room, 3 bedrooms, one of which, very pretty with a mansard roof, from which it takes the name "Mansarda" and which children love, 2 bathrooms and outdoor space on the ground floor with table, chairs and umbrella, useful for your outdoor meals or simply to read a book. It is basically composed of: Bedroom 1 = 1 double bed Bedroom 2 = 1 double bed but it is also possible to prepare 2 singles Bedroom 3 (small attic) = 2 singles In the small attic it is also possible to add 2 more single beds for children under 12 years old for a total of 4 singles. The apartment is very suitable for two families with children, as there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guest access You can use: the swimming pool, our large garden with nets for volleyball and five-a-side football, 2 barbecues, free parking, 2 washing machines (we do not provide soap), the ping-pong table, the table football, our mountain bikes, useful for venturing into the paths of our woods, all available to our guests free of charge. Other things to note The price includes: Welcome basket, consumption of electricity, water, kitchen gas and hot water, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, final cleaning.
