Oak House Annexe in the New Forest

Welcome to Oak House Annexe a beautiful new property in the New Forest and 5 minutes from the gorgeous seaside town of Lymington. The moment you drive through the large oak gates you know you are somewhere special. The Property is set in 10 Acres of land and sits alongside the beautiful Oak House. Only 25 minutes from Bournemouth & Christchurch, 35 minutes from Southampton. Escape from everything and experience something special. The space The Oak House Annexe is separate from the main house offering privacy and relaxation. There is a small area for basic food preparation with a fridge, sink & oven / hob. Guests can have use of the hot tub and terrace area until 10:30pm. The grounds are private and truly beautiful with a lovely river flowing at the bottom of the fields and the occasional sheep is on hand to offer advice :) There is ample and free parking on site. Air conditioning is available in the living space. The Hut is a beautiful place to have a drink by the fire, please note this is an additional charge. We have close links to a superb local caterer called The Super Brothers Catering who deliver delicious meals to Oak House. Please note there are friendly dogs( one Labrador and one hound) that live on site.
