Within walking distance to catch the surf at Muizenberg or visit the quaint shops, restaurants and Harbour in Kalk Bay. - 5 Min walk South to St James tidal pool, 10 min to Dalebrook tidal pool, quaint shops, restaurants, bakery and Harbour in Kalk Bay and - 10 min walk North to Muizenberg surfing school, beaches and bakery. 120 Sqm apartment with a fully fitted kitchen - washing machine, stove, oven, microwave & fridge. PLEASE NOTE : The largest plate is designed to be 'off' if the oven or grill is used OR if the oven/grill is not used then all 3 plates can be used at the same time. It is not broken.
