House with seaview, near Paimpol

The space A small, but beautiful house in a fishing village close to Paimpol and Ile de Brehat. Ideal for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs you have a veranda, a kitchen with dish washer, stove , microwave and chimney. In the library room you find a tv set with all international programmes, a dvd player, telefone to call your loved ones, internet WIFI an iMac, to play your cds and books in three languages. There is also a very comfortable unfoldable couch 1.40 m which can serve as an extra bed . I have guide books, also in English and I will give you all kinds of advice to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the garden I built a garden house with a bed and wardrobe and separate toilet and shower. You find two small beaches 5 minutes by foot from the house. Seafood lovers : we have a big viviers, vivarium in our village where you can buy all you need to spoil you. Lobsters, oysters, all kinds of mussels etc you can reach the house only by a footpath. You have to park your car in the street. But then you have a place in total peace, no sounds of anything, no sounds of neighbours, but you are still in a village. The garden behind the house is not visible by anybody, but you. Saturday to Saturday. It is high season in France then !! The house is really special as it is in a fishing village. You can experience how oysters,mussels and fish are raised or caught.Paimpol is 5 km away, Ile de Bréhat 3 km, Lannion, La Granite Rose and Perros Guirec about 30 km. So much to see, but you need a car. You can rent one through TURO. I also have two bicyles for the closer surroundings. But there is so much to see by just walking along the footpath GR 34.
