Early 1800’s country farmhouse with privacy and natural beauty, in abundance. Situated on 50 acres with mountain views, vast fields and dramatic sunsets. This is the place to relax and reconnect with the earth. Kitchen is modern with dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. There are multiple other common rooms on the first level that are colonial and loaded with history. From the large keeping room with oversized fireplace to the intimate library, you will feel right at home. The grounds are equipped with a swimming pool, stone walls, sun decks and a sunroom lounge area. Also gardens and a fire pit area for friendly gatherings. Guest bedrooms are large yet cozy with luxury linens. Second level has 7 bedrooms( 3 queens, 2 doubles and 3 twins) plus a lovely den with a double hide-a-bed. There are 2 complete baths. First level is an additional bedroom (queen)and one bath with a half bath off the library. Additional cots available. The lakes region is only 30 minutes up the road. White mountains are 45 minutes north. We are only 8 minutes off I93 and 20 minutes north of Concord. Lots of back roads for hiking and biking. No events until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted Guest access The entire home is available to guests.
