This large family villa is just far enough away from the busy touristy area of Samui, yet close to all amenities and the airport. SHARED pool & gym. All guests agree to pay for electric 8 THB / kW and water / 25 THB cubic meter based on usage. Additional weekly cleaning / 1,800 THB. The space The stylish 3-bed villa has open concept living/dining and kitchen area with a wrap-around deck and a rooftop terrace. Located in a safe gated community comprised of 12 private villas with a clubhouse, gym and pool. Our villa has spectacular mountain views and is centrally located to popular spots and just far enough away from the touristy area of Samui, perfect for relaxing poolside gazing off into the mountains. The living area comes with a large couch and smart TV. The dining table is large enough for 6 people was handmade by a local artisan from the island. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and electric cooker, with all necessary kitchen accessories and a large family-style fridge. The large Master bedroom has its own en-suite, double person rain shower, and an outdoor bathtub. The second & third bedroom has a shared bathroom with a shower and an additional guest bathroom near the living room area. Guest access Entire house with roof top and shared Club house with pool and gym. Other things to note We are a pet friendly accommodation however pre approval prior to arrival must be obtained or you could be denied staying in the villa. Pet Security deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon approval for any unforeseen incidents (refundable if no damage to furniture) All guests agree to pay for electric 8 THB / kW and water / 25 THB cubic meter based on usage.
