A 50m² flat just off Gran Vía, right in the heart of Madrid! It features an outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing in the heart of the capital’s vibrant city centre. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space As you can see in the pictures, the apartment is divided into: - A living-dining room area with a sofa and a television. - The semi-open kitchen equipped and refurbished with a serving hatch. - 1 bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace with chill-out furniture. - A complete bathroom. It is a very warm and cozy space, which is ideal for any kind of stay. *As it is located in the center of the city, it can be noisy. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Gas boiler heating is avaliable in the property. AC through two machines in the living room and bedroom is avaliable in the property. The travel crib is always in the apartment, stored in the first closet as soon as you enter.
