One of two apartments of the Villa. This is a site where the night silence is disturbed only by the clatter of musical waves and the morning - by birds chirping. It is also a healthy retreat, a secluded hideaway, an intimate place to revive the forces, to regain vitality and to reconnect with nature. Villa suitable for people exhausted from the dizzying urban life, from the mundane marathon; from hunting an elusive success. Even a short stay will reload your batteries. The space At your disposal is all ground floor of the villa: a separate entrance, living room and dining room. Then one bedroom with two single beds transformable in a double bed (bed linen provided), night tables, wardrobe. Then fully equipped American style kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, utensils) ; a shower room (towels provided) with italian shower, toilet and tub. Two halls with couchs tranfsormable into single beds. Every space is air conditioned, centrally heated, free Wi-Fi provided. Guest access All the ground floor of the villa, the garden, the patio, the parking. ATTENTION: the open spaces are to share with eventual guests of the first floor. Other things to note There is a catamaran Happiecat of 3,5m at the courtyard. Our beach DOESN'T NUDIST.
