Kitchen appliances: freezer and refrigerator, electric and gas stove, coffee-machine. The kitchen connects to the living room furnished with dining table, three-seater sofa bed used as a spare bed for two persons and satellite TV. The apartment is air-conditioned. The terrace is furnished with table and a suitable number of chairs (outdoor seating set). The bathroom is furnished with shower, toilet and washbasin surmounted by mirror. The apartments are situated in a prime location only 20m from the beach and 300m from the center. The apartment has parking, a barbecue area and a common Wi-Fi spot. Parking is included in the price.
