DOUBLE BEDROOM in a DUPLEX FLAT in a gated community with 24 hours Security and CCTV camera. Since all the apts. are 2 storyed there is no lift. Mine is on the 2nd floor. There is a Super Market, club house, tennis court and a beautiful private lake within the complex. It is in Bellandur gate. My apt.is on the main road next to Manipal hosp.,Hilton double tree suite and Bellandur police station. A centrally located place with malls, restaurants This place is very close to the IT corridor. The space Spacioue double bedroom with attached bathroom equipped with Geyser. Dining and kitchen downstairs. Guest's accommodation is upstairs and host stays downstairs. FOR THOSE WHO NEED AC AN EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS. 400/- WILL BE CHARGED PER DAY WHICH IS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOST. Guest access Access to the living cum dining room which is downstairs and kitchen can be used till 10 pm in the night for collecting water, warm food etc Not for cooking. Washing machine will be provided for the guests who stay more than a week and it will be operated by the host It can be used once a week. Detergent (only aerial matic liquid front load) should be provided by the guests. Inner wares are not allowed in the washing machine.. Dhobi's service for washing & ironing are also available in our complex. There is a seperate place for drying clothes downstairs (below each apartment) on the ground, with cloths liner. Ironing is not allowed at home. No long stay. Maximum 20 days During your stay Host is always round the clock to help the guests for any necessities. Other things to note It is a gated community with 24 hours Security and CCTV. Walkable distance from many software Companies. Outside the complex gate, cabs and autos are always available. Bus stop is also nearby. There are plenty of Supermarkets and Malls and restaurants around our complex.
