It has a direct view on both, the sea and town centre with beach situated in front of it. Apartment is part of the family house but has a separated entrance. In the last 2 years bathroom and some parts of the apt have been completely renovated. It can easily accommodate 5 people. In the living room there is a sofa on a pull out system which can turn into 200x160 bed. One bedroom with 200x200 bed + sofa that can turn into a bed for one person. One bathroom. Apartment is on a ground floor which is slightly elevated. It has entrance, hall, one bathroom, one kitchen and living room, bedroom and terrace. Next to the apartment there is a parking lot which is free of charge. Guest access Apartment is on a ground floor which is slightly elevated (few stairs). The entrance is separated from the rest of the family house.
