The space This 5-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located next to one of the most central squares of Lisbon – Praça Luís de Camões, in the Chiado/Bairro Alto neighborhood. This is the perfect place to stay, since you will be within walking distance from all the main attractions and places to visit in Lisbon downtown such as Principe Real, Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, the City Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama. The 150 square meters apartment features 5 bedrooms; it’s on the 1st floor of a building with no elevator. There is a living and dining room, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 toilet, and an equipped kitchen. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight, and two of the rooms have a small balcony. Address of the apartment: Rua das Chagas 17, 1200-106 Lisboa (1st floor without elevator) The room setup is the following: Room #1: 2 single top beds (Sleeps 2) Room #2: 1 double top bed + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1) Room #3: 1 double top bed (Sleeps 2) Room #4: 2 single top beds + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1) Room #5: 1 bunk bed (Sleeps 2) Max Nº Beds: 10 Beds (bunk bed equals 2 beds) Max Capacity: 10 people Note(s): Room #5 is an interior bedroom without windows to the outside. Bedroom Preparations: - The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected for the reservation - Top beds are prepared first, followed by bunk bed and pull-out beds. - We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds. Important Information: - This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected. - No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm). - Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden. - Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided) - Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some noise. - This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: starting at 16:00 Check-out: until 11:00 - Please ensure you provide the expected check-in time a few days in advance. - Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment. - Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to provide a Self Check-in option in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion. - On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine) - Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info) Late Check-in Fee: Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment. Extra Guests: It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (30€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount. Security Deposit: This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card. - You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in. - If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out. Please ensure you agree with the information above before booking.
