This Ocean front Home, above the beautiful Pacific Ocean at Portuguese Beach has outstanding water views and sunsets. Has 2 Bedrooms and Private Loft/Den with Queen Sofa Bed, 2 Bathrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Wood Burning Fireplace, FREE Wireless High Speed Internet, Hot Tub, and Sauna. Guest access The entire home will only be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental. Other things to note This is not a Pet friendly Home. Violations of this result in a $500 penalty The amount charged for cleaning includes cleaning of the home, doing all laundry, trash removal, and a one-time processing fee. Holiday periods subject to increased nightly minimum and a 15% increase in rental rate. Stays over the summer months, June through early September are subject to a 3-5 night minimum when booked prior to June 1st. **Must be 25 years of age to rent this home.**
