A simple place for solo travelers, couples, or a group of friends for long-term and short-term staycation. This place is accessible to malls, hospitals, and convenience stores and it's only a 10 to 20 minutes short walk to Sm City Fairview, Bus Stop, Fairview Terraces, and Robinson's Place. GUEST NOTE My place is far from the entrance of Trees Residences when walking and it's 3 blocks away from the entrances. If you love to walk, the walkway is enjoyable to walk through..:) The space Once the booking is CONFIRMED, Please provide the list names of the guests staying at the unit then guests' names will be forwarded to Trees Residences Admin Office this will be checked upon entry at Trees Residences to gain safety clearance during the stay. Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time of noon. What we provide to our guests: BEDROOMS The unit has a studio-type bedroom with Queen size bed. We provide clean bed linen, blanket, and pillows and there is an extra mattress if needed. the room has a window-type aircon. LIVING AREA The living area has a wood sofa bed, 3 seaters of a dining table, and 23 inches flat Screen Smart TV with local channels that you can connect/ access via Smart TV, and Youtube. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully furnished with amenities including a refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, gas range, electric burner, cooking pots, utensils, glasses, and plates. BATHROOM The bathroom has a shower with a water heater We provide bath towels PARKING We have no parking in the unit but there is an avail parking lot nearby for PHP 150-200 per day. Pool access fee: P150 per head (guest) can pay in the Trees Residences admin office. My place is a home rental for those looking to feel at home anywhere in the world and every accommodation comes with necessities for a truly local experience. In my place, there is no room service or a hotel lobby, but we guaranteed clean rooms for the guests to feel comfortable.
