We’re subletting our bright 3-room apartment (105 sqm) in Samariter Kiez, Friedrichshain. This is our home, not a hotel — it’s furnished and we ask guests to treat it with care. The apartment is equipped for families with children and has everything for a comfortable stay. Great location: transport, parks, playgrounds, shops, bars, restaurants, a Saturday farmers’ market, and a Sunday flea market — all nearby. Normally, two cats live here, but they won’t be present during your stay. The space The apartment features a bright and spacious living room with an open kitchen and access to a small balcony. There is one large bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a gallery double bed. An extra single mattress can be provided if needed.
