LOVELY Place to stay @ Russian Market

It's a nice place and I have been staying here for 13 years now with no issues. This is the best area to stay when your in the city.The place is close to grocery shop, wet market. The Toul Tompoung Market (Russian Market). Near the Bus Stop 1 minute away and walking distance to Toul Sleng Musuem. All you need when your here is a good pair of shoes and get ready for a walk. If you're tight in your BUDGET, dont hesitate to ask me we could always work it out. The area is very safe and clean. The space What you see in the picture will be EXACTLY the same as you stay. The room is with an AC but there will be an extra charge if you request to use it, no worries if you prefer a fan. The charge will be depending on your consumption, there is a separate meter for the AC. A wall fan or stand fan is available in the room. You can cook your own meals make sure to buy all your ingredients, and clean everything that you use for cooking for the next guest. The entire house is equipped with 4 smoke detectors and solar lights for emergencies. An additional guest is extra charge too per night. Please check the listing before booking. Guest access AREA Guests can use the entire house - including the kitchen, living room, laundry area , balcony and dining area. Basically you'll have the whole access of the entire floor. 1. Toilet is built-in with shower 2. Laundry Area is built-in shower with heater. 3. Balcony ideal for having a coffee full of plants 4.Kitchen is small and we can provide the basic utensils. If you like to cook BUY your own ingredients and spices. 5. Livingroom is basic and functional space. 6. Dining area a 4 seater table next to the living room. CHECK -IN If you have a request for early check in and late check out let us know we could always sort it out. During your stay -I usually have coffee or dinner with my guest, often times guest are busy. -Tour them when I am not busy -Cook for them so they can try some Filipino cuisine. Other things to note 1. CLAY GO Clean as you go. 2. NO Shoes No shoes inside the house,leave them outside or you can take them to your room. An indoor slippers will be provided feel free to use them or you can also put your shoes on the rags. 3.CONSERVE Energy Turn off EVERYTHING if not in use except the fridge. The room has an AC but if you want to use it there will be additional charge, depending on your consumption. 4. Your GUEST is welcome here. He/ She is welcome here as long as you let the HOST know so everyone is aware, you can have a coffee or dinner. If sleepover is NOT allowed or any form of special services. If you have more questions about this part, let me know. 5. PARKING Motorcycle and Bicycle parking is available, just don't park outside the gate specially if its a rented motorcycle / bicycle. 6. SAFETY Always lock the main door/gate. Coming in or Going out lock the main door and the gate. 7.FOOD STORAGE The markets and grocery stores is nearby so I advised that you don't store a lot of food in the fridge. Aside that there will be no enough space for everyone,your food will not be fresh anymore. 8. TOILET Do not flush toilet papers PLEASE, always use rubbish bins and maximise the butt spray. 9. CONSUMPTION Consume only what you bought unless they share it to you.
