Five minute drive or scooter ride to San Diego's historic neighborhoods of North & South Park, Balboa Park, Coronado Beach and the Zoo. Large studio includes Queen bed, Queen sofa sleeper and large attached outdoor patio, private entrance and ample street parking. Great for couples, friends and families of 2-4 people and for longer stays. The space The guest suite is located in back of the home and accessible through a private gate and walkway to the Left of the house. Unit is attached to the main house but separated by 2 doors and a utility room and has no living space above it. Kitchenette includes microwave, full-size refrigerator (not pictured in photos), double-burner hotplate, convection/toaster oven and various coffee and tea making options. Laundry is available for monthly guests. Guest access You will enter the property through the gate to the Left of the house and follow the walkway to the back patio on your Right. The suite is a few stairs up through the double French doors. Other things to note We have chickens, a small dog and a 12 year old. Please forgive any occasional noise or visits by our critters! :) Unit is on the back side of a family home in a residential neighborhood. It is not appropriate for partying or loud music.
