The space In 1982, I discovered this place, which is unique to me because it offers two special moments, which are: being able to relax from the hectic life of the big city where I live and feel the energy that nature offers in this environment, starting with breakfast watching the birds in the garden with the color of the sun. This silence calms me and gives me back the sensation and feeling of well-being. (Mindfulness). The walks by the sea in the off-season are invigorating because the natural beauty is really fantastic! For young people and surfers, Caiques and Standup are possible to enjoy! Sometimes we go hiking in the area. And when we want something more hectic, we go to Florianópolis, which is very close, about 50 minutes by car on days with normal traffic. Guest access Guests can use the entire area that makes up the residence; this house is inside a family condominium that consists of two houses. However, there is no fence or separation wall, we ask our guests to respect this boundary. Other things to note Maybe, on a certain date or time of year, I won't be able to be present to welcome my guests, but I have a housekeeper named Marlene who lives on the beach and takes care of my house, she will be able to welcome, check in or check out if necessary.
