Bright airy spacious cottage on our property in the leafy green secure suburb of PARKMORE in the heart of SANDTON. We do have full backup power facilities - no electricity issues for our guests. Guests have their own entrance & off street parking. We do MEET & GREET or Self Checkin by prior arrangement. The cottage is located within walking distance of Benmore Shopping Centre, a 5 minute drive from Sandton Business Centre. There are restaurants and sports facilities within walking distance. The space The cottage can accommodate 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children in the living-room. The open plan living-room is large with satellite TV and a 4 seater dining table and ceiling fan. The cottage is a ground floor unit with 2 steps into the living area and 1 step into the bedroom. The bedroom is very comfortable and has a queen sized bed, built in cupboards, a dressing table with hairdryer and a wall mounted fan. There is an en suite bathroom with shower in the bath. We have well appointed kitchen; with coffee machine, cooking plate, microwave oven/ grill, fridge/freezer, washer dryer combo, iron and ironing board. Tea, coffee and rusks provided for those early morning starts. We are well set up for the business traveler (with ample space to work with high speed wifi) or families with young children looking for a convenient, close to Sandton stopover or stay a little longer! We have stretcher beds and mattresses available for children if needed - please let us know when you book. Guest access Guests have their own private access with off-street parking and security. There is a small outdoor seating area with table and chairs. The unit is in a security monitored suburb with restricted access at night time and over weekends for your safety. Other things to note The cottage is completely NON smoking and non vaping e-cigarette (inside and out) and fitted with smoke detectors. For your safety and ours we operate a strict NO VISITOR and No guest policy - there are loads of great places close by to entertain. During the week the unit is quick serviced (beds made and dishes washed) please allow our staff to perform this function as it helps maintain the unit. Our parking entrance has a height clearance of 1.9 metres so if you have a roof top tent on a large SUV you might not get in - let us know beforehand and we may be able to help you with a different off street parking solution.
