The cleaning staff arrives after 11:30 AM for brooming, mopping, dusting, and linen changes. In the evening, another staff member visits only to clean utensils — no other tasks will be performed. Staff are trained to be quiet, respectful, and will only enter during scheduled times. 🕐 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards Check-out: strictly by 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is not allowed, as daily housekeeping and same-day guest preparations are scheduled immediately after checkout. 🔐 Access & Security The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift access. Entry is through a smart lock on the main door, allowing self check-in for your convenience. The building is a secure gated society with 24-hour guards and CCTV in common areas.
