From 01/01/2020 making reservations for a date ending in 2020 and later for the purposes of the business activity, the Guest is obliged to declare the willingness to collect a VAT invoice immediately after booking. If the Property does not receive information from the Guest about the form of a preferred receipt within 24 hours of booking, the Property will default to issue a fiscal receipt. VAT invoice The property may only be issued at the time of sale without first issuing a tax receipt. If the Guest has a fiscal receipt without a nip number and asks to issue an invoice to the company, the Facility has the right to refuse to issue the document by referring to Article 106b (5) of the Act of July 4, 2019 amending the Goods and Services Tax Act and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1520). Guests are required to pay the city tax: as of January 1, 2026, it will be PLN 3.46 per night per person.
