Limnos Amazing View Summer House

Our house is located on the tip of Kontias Gulf at the South part of Lemnos island (North Aegean Sea). A few kilometers East of the traditional village of Kontias where the area is very sparsely built. The house was originally built in 1911 and has been frequently renovated since. Situated on top of a small hill, right above the sea, it gives you a breathtaking view overlooking the vast Kondias Gulf. The space The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, one bathroom and one WC. On the first floor you can find two big bedrooms (3 beds) and one smaller one (2 beds). Fully furnished, telephone / wi-fi, parking space, hot water. You can walk to the beach right below the house or you can take your vehicle to the nearby villages or beaches. Other things to note Welcome gift: Local delicacies such as free range eggs, home made marmalade, cheese and a bottle of Bio Extra Virgin Olive Oil all produced in the nearby "Olon Farm". Within walking distance, "Olon Farm" offers guided tours through the organically cultivated olive garden and a presentation of the traditional method of making the P.D.O. cheeses “Kalathaki”and “Melihloro” from Limnos. Tap water can be used for cooking but for drinking we recommend bottled water. We provide a water fountain and can order big water-bottles for you at normal merchant-rates. Please do not smoke inside the house. The cleaning fee that is included in the booking price concerns the cleaning that takes place at the end of every booking so that the next guest finds a clean and fresh property.
