Washer and dryer included. The couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa but can be used to sleep on. Two parking spaces available in front of the home. This is a three level townhome and guests have access to all levels. I have a host that takes care of check-in and check-out and is available during your stay is you need anything. Local public bus transportation right across the street but does not take you to DC. It is for local area use only.
