The house is an old typical Danish half-timbered house from 1756. The host is an artist and the decor is bohemian with an eclectic style. There is a gallery/studio for the property that the host opens and shows his works of art by appointment. The space The house was built in 1756 and is centrally located in picturesque Svaneke. 2-minute walk to the harbor. 1-minute walk to the shopping streets, cafés, restaurants and Daglig Brugsen. 5-minute walk to the swimming area. The house has two floors. On the lower floor, the host lives with his own entrance. Guests have their own entrance from the street and the attic floor is one floor up. There are 2 rooms with a kitchenette and a smaller toilet with shower. The kitchenette is suitable for making your own breakfast and cooking a small dinner. There is a fridge, stovetop and kettle. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The middle room has a library and reading corner. The toilet with shower is very small but fresh. Panel walls and mosaic floors. Guest access For longer stays, there is a possibility to borrow the washing machine. Other things to note Svaneke, with its many craft shops and proximity to the sea, offers guests an eventful and relaxing vacation. Easy going and very cozy.
