The rental is two bedrooms with a private entrance. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the rental is $150.00 per night. The second bedroom has a queen and a single bed. The rental for bedroom one and bedroom two using only two beds is $175.00 per night. If you use all three beds the rental is $200.00 per night. There is a private bath between the two rooms. The guest suite is separate from my house. The pool in the screened in lanai area separates the main house and guest suite. The space My guest suite is clean and spacious. There is a private entrance to your guest suite. The pool is right outside the door. It is only about 2 miles to Marco Island, Beach! It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is very peaceful and much privacy. Guest access You will have access to one or two rooms, private bath, pool area, table in lanai and a small refrigerator near the table. There is also a small microwave. Other things to note There is also a cooler in the lanai area. You may feel free to use. Just leave the sand at the beach. Wash your things off there. There is a hose in the driveway to wash things off. If you collect seashells there are seashell bags and there are containers to wash your seashells in the pool area. Just dump the dirty sand water out in the front yard. Let the shells dry on the table. Put them in your container after they’re dry but do not take them in your room. There are beach towels provided in the rooms inside the Armoire. Please shake all the sand out at the beach and hang the wet towels in the pool area over the plastic chairs. The sand is just hard on the washer and dryer. Also I have beach sheets to repel sand if you prefer to use those.
