The unit includes - fully furnished unit with queen-sized beds, study desks, kitchen appliances, utensils, refrigerator, range oven-stove, microwave, mini-toaster-oven, internet, A/C, heater, washer-dryer. There is a 100 electric credit. Anything over will be billed to the tenant. Blankets, pillows, soap, household cleaning, laundry supplies are all included. Extra guests will require additional screening, and will require additional charges per day (must clear with host first). The unit is centrally-located in a gated condominium complex, with a 24-7 on-site security guard, 2 pools, 2 gazebos, 1 assigned parking space and ample open guest parking. Bus #60 will take you directly into the Texas Medical Center (TMC), and the bus stop is right outside of the condominium complex. Fare is 1.25 each way and schedules, payment can be handled via the Ride Metro app on your smart phone. There is a free shuttle that is provided free-of-charge to students rotating with UT-Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center. One can easily bike to the TMC, or access Uber-Lyft without any difficulty. Easy access to all of the major freeways, Hobby & Bush IAH airport, Houston Convention Center, and Reliant Stadium. For jogging-running enthusiasts, there are the UT recreation fields. The unit is highly popular and booked for most of the remaining year. Please inquire for availability.
