Dorset cliff house

The house was the location for the home of detective hero DCI Hardy [played by David Tennant] and its interiors were featured extensively in Broadchurch, Season 3, Outstanding sea views!! The house sits on a cliff by itself, and West Bay has numerous outdoor stalls with great food (burgers, fish and chips, pasties, ice cream etc etc) for taking home or eating on the beach, benches or seawall, as well as several excellent restaurants and pubs. The space Master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with twin beds, very comfortable double sofa bed in living room (with sea views). Open-plan living room and dining area, with wood floors and separate seating areas for beach-gazing, TV/video viewing, and dining. Well-equipped kitchen leads to living room/dining room and also through patio doors to garden with picnic table with sea views. Brand new bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink. Children and small pets welcome (dogs allowed on the beach under East Cliff all year). Off-street parking for two vehicles. Guest access The main thing to note about access is that the only access to the house is via 39 steps (there is parking at the bottom of the steps in a car park that is shared between about 12 private residences). But the postman says once you get up the steps, the house has the best views in Lyme Bay! Other things to note Saturday- to Saturday bookings only
