This bright, clean and spacious house is right in the town centre, near to cafes, marina and parks, and literally two mins from the bus/train station. I would be delighted to welcome people from all backgrounds to enjoy my place and its little garden and patio, and use it as a base for exploring all that our coastal area has to offer, from our own cafes and local festival events, through little bays and beaches to the buzz of Belfast with the Titanic centre and nightlife. The space The house has been newly refurbished (spring 2017) so is fresh and clean and insulated throughout, with double glazing, luxurious walk in shower and a top notch new boiler, you'll be comfortable and cosy all year round. The kitchen is entirely new, and opens though sliding doors to patio, also accessed from dining room. Two double bedrooms and a single, but the living room also has a queen sized sofabed which could sleep two, though I've listed it as one. Guest access The entire house and garden is yours for your stay! There is now a games room in the garden with a 6 foot air hockey table, which is proving popular with families and anyone who uses it. Other things to note I usually pick up bread/milk/juice for the fridge and have a range of cereals in the kitchen cupboards for you to help yourself to - let me know when you book if you have any specific dietary needs and I'll see if I can pick up anything in time for your arrival, just in case shops aren't open. There's a small whole food shop on Central Avenue nearby, and a supermarket (Asda) within a three minute walk from my place. For June restrictions, please make a booking enquiry for possible dates.
