There is a tv downstairs in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. The house is in a safe neighborhood and there is a large parking lot so plenty of off street parking. Enough room for pull in and straight out truck and trailer parking. Close to I-70, ISU, and Regional Hospital Guests get a door code the day of check in. We send a door code the day you check in.
