This modern home has almost all amenities, overlooks bay beach with amazing sunsets, 1 1/4 miles to town, pool in yard. Share the home and/or have your private apartment with bedroom, den and own bath. The space Just a walk to a bay beach. Just a short ride to Sag Harbor shopping and restaurants, this house separates itself from the competition because most Sag Harbor homes are traditional, this is modern and open. But, it is the view overlooking Noyac Bay, the sunsets, and the backyard pool overlooking that view, private and sunny that makes my home a great place to base if you want to go and do, but you are invited to share and hang. Guest access That's up to you. You can swim and hang or just use the home as a base to be with your friends or go to your parties or follow your reservations to the best of the Hamptons.
