House for a weekend or week - Angers

Hello! bright house with garden that can accommodate up to 6 people (1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, 2 children's beds – please note 1 bed is in the mezzanine). quiet square. Fully equipped. Preferred rental for a family. Games for children (10 and 14 years old) are available for the little ones to enjoy. Lots to do in and around Angers. note: we have a very cuddly and playful little female cat. Looking forward to welcoming you to our home! PS. no parties (residential neighborhood) The space We have a kitten (allergy warning). 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 office with sofa bed. living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Sheets are provided, but not bath towels (remember to bring your own!). For a weekly rental, we will make other amenities available (washing machine, towels,...). Feel free to ask us for what you need! Guest access the whole house is accessible (except the garage, but negotiable if you stay 1 week to allow access to the washing machine) Other things to note - Bakery on the corner - Place Ney supermarket (2 min drive or 10 min walk) - Parc Desjardins with children's games (2-minute walk)
